Conducting education data analysis to identify patterns and trends, areas of growth, relationships between data elements, inequities in student populations, root cause analysis, and supporting the use of data for broad and diverse stakeholders.

Training and presentations related to root cause analysis, data use to drive decision-making, making data meaningful for stakeholders, and IDEA reporting and related requirements. Supports include one-on-one and group coaching for teams around education data.

Evaluating current practices, strategies, and programs to determine whether desired outcomes are being met. This may include conducting gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and revisions to current programming.

Assisting with developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for statewide data systems, determining data needs, creating a rollout process to effectively implement the system, designing requisite reports and tools to satisfy state and user needs, and supporting vendor and contract management to ensure short and long-term success and sustainability.
