  • In order to effectively assess and monitor educational activities, strategies, and programs, it is crucial for a team or agency to establish a clear evaluation plan outlining their identified goals and how these goals will be measured. Evaluation plans create a map of where a team or agency currently is, where they want to be, the inputs necessary to get to end goals, and feedback mechanisms to ensure that outcomes are met.
